The material of JM Steel steel arch halls is 1.5mm thick hot-dip galvanized and PU coated steel (S350). All the other required parts have also been hot-dip galvanized. This ensures a particularly long life cycle for the building. The structure has no housings where corrosion could develop unnoticed.

1.5mmcoated steel sheets are used in the manufacture of load-baring parts (yield strength 350 kPa), galvanizing 275 g/m², polyurethane- type coating thickness 25um (inside) and 50um (outside).

0.8mm coated steel sheets are used in the manufacture of end walls (yield strength 240 kPa), galvanizing 275 g/m², polyurethane- type coating thickness 25um (inside) and 50um (outside).
